Product Information and Pricing

buybrand Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. If product information, pricing, or availability contains an error, we may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items that naturally vary (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference only; buybrand Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent on product availability and acceptance by buybrand Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued identification will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute, or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on buybrand Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "buybrand Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to buybrand Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any buybrand Store content without our express written permission. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) that you submit to our platforms may be used by buybrand Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of buybrand Store's services shall first be submitted to buybrand Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

buybrand Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account, or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using buybrand Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
